If you’ve followed or read my work very long you know that I don’t do a lot of book reviews. When I do, you should pay attention to them.
I’ve just finished The Customer Loyalty Loop by Noah Fleming and have to say that in the era of Jay Baer’s Hug Your Haters, I didn’t think there would be another book I’d read and find so useful. But here it is.
The Customer Loyalty Loop dives into the psychology of customer loyalty, then spells out a step-by-step loop you can build for your own business that can create those most valuable of customers: the ones that keep coming back. It’s not a how-to guide for trinket and trash programs, but a strategic plan for creating customer loyalty.
The meat of the book is focused on step three in the loop, which Fleming calls “experience choreography.” You can’t get much more how-to than this! And he is a practitioner, having built loyalty programs for clients for several years. This isn’t just some writer hack who interviewed a few people and came up with a fancy chart to sell books.
Get your copy on the Amazons and dive in. You and your customers will be glad you did.
NOTE: I was only sent a free copy of the book and not asked to review it one way or another. The Amazon link is an affiliate link. It’s how I afford Christmas presents. Heh.
