What a great talk I had with Doug Holladay from PathNorth on the Digging Deeper podcast this morning! Doug is a former Goldman Sachs executive and Reagan White House staffer who teaches at Georgetown University. He leads a company called PathNorth which consults with business leaders and executives to redefine meaning and purpose for their businesses and themselves.
He helps companies have purpose beyond revenue to make them better citizens of their communities. That’s amazing work.
His new book talks about finding that purpose and meaning. It’s called Rethinking Success and is well worth the read. Check it out on Amazon.
