Someone asked me last week, “How do I get more email responses?” That’s a good and timeless question. Salespeople spend all day cold calling and cold emailing prospects hoping someone will be interested in learning more. Public relations and media relations pros spend the same time pitching story ideas and coverage for their clients and companies hoping for the same thing — a response. Any response sometimes.
